Step 1: Stir Magic Mud so it's creamy and easy to apply

Step 2: Apply generously from fetlock up as high as you want

Leave on overnight then rinse in the morning. Rinsing reactivates the essential oils in the mud and they get a second round of cooling.

You can also use on any sore muscles.  Often use on the back after long rides and hips

You can also use it on swelling , bug bites, reactions to injections, and overheating
